Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to cancel a contract entered into through the online store within fourteen days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

notify us of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement, such as a letter sent by mail or an email. You may use the sample cancellation form provided below; however, its use is not required.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notice of your intention to exercise the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of the Revocation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to process the refund, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees in connection with this refund.

Premature Expiration of Digital Content

In the case of a paid contract for the provision of digital content that is not stored on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires upon the commencement of contract performance if you have expressly agreed that we may begin contract performance before the expiration of the withdrawal period, you have confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you will lose your right of withdrawal upon the commencement of contract performance, and we have provided you with a contract confirmation on a durable medium that records your consent and confirmation.
