				As part of a WordPress maintenance and service contract, the following service jobs are available for you to request, depending on the agreement, provided the fulfillment does not exceed 30 minutes.
If you have concluded an individual service contract, additional, different or none of the services listed below may be included. You can find your individual services in your service area under “Contracts” and/or in your offer text. This list provides information about the services that are basically possible.

 Troubleshooting after a WordPress core update
 Improving website security
 Spam prevention
 Advice on and recommendation of plugins
 Recovery of a hacked website
 Updating plugins*
 Updating your theme** (if not customized and/or without child theme))
 Updating the WordPress core

The services listed below are outside the scope of the WordPress service contract offered - unless individual agreements have been made in the offer text. If you would nevertheless like to commission one of the services listed below, I will be happy to provide you with a separate quote. Billing is based on time and effort at the agreed hourly rate plus VAT.

Your request is not included in the service contract?
Don't despair! Just send me a message and I'll see what I can do for you.
* Premium plugins can only be updated if the corresponding activation code of the plugin is stored in the installation or access to the third-party download of the update files is provided.
If, for example, the repair of a WooCommerce store functionality after an update would exceed the time frame of 1/2 hour, you will receive a corresponding offer at the agreed hourly rate before the update process.
** If a theme is activated on the website to be maintained that would no longer function correctly after an update of plugins / the WP core, and the necessary adaptation of the theme code would exceed the time frame of 1/2 hour, I will submit a corresponding offer at the agreed hourly rate.
